The agreement replaces the previous one which expired on 30th June. stipulated that the settlement will be made in Yon: The now agreement, although similar to the previous one regarding the kind of goods exchanged, provides for a 50 per cent increase in the amount. Financiers believe the new Agreement will further promote Hongkong's South China coastal trade.
